Clarifying submission proposals

This is an optional 1 day programme during which an experienced facilitator will help project leaders to consider how they might manage their network so that its members will interact effectively and purposefully with each other.

Project leaders will be helped to consider:

• Frequency and format of meetings of senior managers
• Frequency and format of meetings of other staff members
• Joint training opportunities
• Opportunities for peer observations and relevant training
• Governor involvement
• Parental involvement
• Pupil involvement
• Critical friendship
• LEA involvement
• Involvement of higher education institutions
• Links with other agendas in schools and time management issues
