Clarifying submission proposals

This is an optional 1 day during which an experienced facilitator will help project leaders to clarify their submission proposals for the bid, taking account of the key strands of 'learning', 'leadership' and 'networking'.

Project leaders will be helped to:

• articulate their vision, aims and outcomes for the work
• describe contextual factors which will have a bearing on the success of the project
• clarify the needs of the network and its people
• explore the training needs of colleagues within the network and how they might be met
• explore some practicalities for managing the network such as time and resources
