do we develop our personalities? Given the complexity
of the process is it ever possible to genuinely personalise
any learning experience?

Tamsyn Imison brings a wealth of teaching and
leadership experience as well as her own views on creativity.
She asks three questions: What does it mean to be creative?
Can a school become creative? Is it possible to bring
creativity to personalising learning?
Shaun
Wallace has been given a broad brief. He will
bring his own idiosyncratic approach to the key questions:
what constitutes talent and how should we develop it?
