William is a highly skilled
communicator whose developed intellect and organisational
skills offer an excellent
foundation to his presentation. Both pragmatic and
creative, William responds to situations outside
of the planned agenda. Adaptability is also evidenced
through William’s sensitivity, humour and patience.
Excellent ICT skills augment his strong intra and
interpersonal skills and offer multiple stimuli for
his audience. Above all William practices what he
preaches and leaves his audience engaged and wanting
more.
William is also a lead exponent and trainer in ‘accelerated
learning’. This has led to local and national recognition
and has been significant in the school’s improving
examination performance. William’s coaching skills
are fundamental to motivating and galvanising disparate
groups towards stated goals in an effective and dynamic
way.
