Acting on Happiness is a resource created to support the Winning the H Factor programme. It is used with young people to explore what makes us happy. Children describe fifteen different things which anyone can do to spread some happiness.
Acting on Happiness also comprises the main resource for one of twenty one hour lessons on Well-Being and Happiness in Phase Three of the L2 programme.
