Oli Sparks
Oli Sparks is an experienced teacher and leader in academic and pastoral roles, with more recent experience as a sport psychologist and trainer. Oli has successfully led whole school initiatives in Accelerated Learning and the creation of a positive learning environment. Oli's areas of research have been specifically the effect of transformation leadership on group cohesion, motivation and performance enhancement.
Oli trains schools in Primary and Secondary Learning to Learn programmes.
