The Alite Office Team

 

Irene Warnock
As Alite’s Operations Manager and L2 Project Manager Irene works closely with Heather and Alistair and is responsible for the end to end process of the operation and overseeing the Alite software suite of products.  After over 15 years working in schools Irene joined Alite in 2004 having undertaken a Masters Degree in Business Administration followed by a year working for a large organisation.   Irene is looking forward to fulfilling a lifetime ambition with her first flying lesson. 

 

Melanie Hill
Melanie Hill is Alite’s Office Manager. She is also the contact for any booking with Alistair Smith or John Jones.  Melanie can often be found on the Alite exhibition stands and is responsible for the production of Alite’s bi-termly newsletter.  Before joining Alite Melanie worked at the BBC; she has a degree in English from London University and in the year 2000 undertook a millennium challenge to cycle across the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico.

 

 

Kim Pemberton
Kim Pemberton is the Events Manager at Alite. She is the client point of contact for all Alite public courses and exhibitions and is directly responsible for the smooth running of these events. Kim joined Alite in 2001 having worked previously for Panasonic UK and Lego Europe. She enjoys entertaining, is a keen swimmer and enjoys the London to Brighton every year with friends.

 

 

Grace Jones
Grace Jones co-ordinates the marketing for Alite’s conferences and resources.  She works with the other members of the team to provide support and advice to our customers. Grace has worked within the marketing environment for 20 years – previously for the Institute of Marketing and Mars Electronics.  Grace enjoys going to the gym and enjoys interior design and travel.

 

 

Hilary Thomas
Hilary Thomas is responsible for managing Alite's INSET bookings. If you wish to make a booking for any course, or check trainers' availability, Hilary is your first point of contact.   She started her career in the Fitness Industry and is a qualified aerobics, step & aqua instructor.  She is an accomplished pianist and a keen campanologist.  Hilary is also very involved with the Scouts Association and is a Beaver Scout Leader in Ealing. 

 

 

Angela Whitman
Angela Whitman has been with Alite for four years and is our Finance Assistant.  She is your first point of contact if you have a question about invoicing.  Angela is a "hands on" Grandma and enjoys gardening and riding her horse who has been with her for 20 years.

 

 

 

 

Andrew Dover
Andrew is Alite’s web developer and has extensive experience of web design and multimedia development including the production of interactive/dynamic content.

In his spare time Andrew goes mountain biking and is looking forward to competing in national 4x and downhill races in 2008.

 

 

 

Adrian Lawley
Adrian is responsible for packaging and despatching Alite's book and resource orders.  Adrian used to work for British Airways and is a keen chef.  Adrian’s reward for giving up smoking was a Caterham car and since owning it, he has become an enthusiast.
